Spicy BLT

Ingredients

8 slices sour dough bread

1lb bacon, cooked

1 1/2 cups baby arugula

2 tomatoes, sliced

Sriracha Mayo:

1/2 cup mayo

2 teaspoons sriracha

salt & pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the sriracha mayo.

To build the sandwich, top one slice of sour dough bread with sriracha mayo, and sliced tomato. Season the tomato with salt and pepper. Top with bacon, arugula, and your second slice of bread.

Repeat to make 4 sandwiches.
