Sea Bass with Red Chimichurri

Ingredients

4- 80z filets of black sea bass

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 batch red chimichurri

salt & pepper

directions

Season the sea bass on both sides with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once the olive oil is shimmering, add the sea bass (top side down). Cook for 4-5 minutes, until fish is golden and lifts from the pan easily. Flip the sea bass over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Fish should be flaky in the center.

Place the sea bass on a serving platter and top with red chimichurri.

Serve warm.
