PORK CARNITAS TACOS

INGREDIENTS

1 batch slow roasted pork carnitas

corn tortillas

1 white onion, chopped

2 avocados, sliced

1 bunch cilantro

2 limes, cut into slices

hot sauce of choice

DIRECTIONS

If you have a gas stove, turn the flame on high and place the tortillas right on top of the flame, cook for about 10 seconds per side, or until lightly charred.

Fill each tortilla with pork carnitas, white onion, cilantro and an avocado slice. Top with lime and hot sauce.
