PORK CARNITAS NACHOS

INGREDIENTS

2 cups slow roasted pork carnitas

1-15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

1-8oz bag tortilla chips

1 pound Mexican style blend cheese

toppings

avocado, sliced

fresh or pickled jalapeños

pickled red onions

sour cream

cilantro

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Arrange chips in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with black beans and carnitas, and then the cheese.

Bake until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the chips are brown, about 15-20 minutes.

Remove nachos from the oven and top with avocado, jalapeños, pickled red onions, sour cream and cilantro.

Serve warm.
