CRISPY OVEN BAKED BACON
Ingredients
12 slices bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
On a foil lined sheet tray, lay the bacon strips next to one another, making sure not to overlap.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour off any fat that has rendered from the bacon into a glass dish. *pro tip- save the fat and use it instead of oil in soups, sauces, or even to sauté veggies.
Turn the bacon over and place it back into the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until it reach your desired crispiness.
