Easy Steak Tacos

Ingredients

1 pound skirt steak, cut into bite size pieces

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

2 teaspoons olive oil

salt & pepper

To Serve:

12 corn tortillas

guacamole

pico de gallo

queso blanco

directions

Heat a cast iron pan or skillet over high heat. Add olive oil and steak. Once the steak starts to brown, sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne and season with salt. Mix until steak is fully covered with seasoning and then add the garlic.

Continue to cook for about 7 minutes until steak is browned on all sides, but still pink in the middle. Serve with corn tortillas, guacamole, queso blanco, and pico de gallo.
