Butternut Squash Hummus
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked butternut squash
1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons tahini
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
GARNISH:
pomegranate seeds
pepitas
directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Pour hummus into a bowl and top with pomegranate seeds and pepitas. Enjoy!
